Foodies rejoice! dineL.A is taking over the city from Jan. 12-26. This 15-day, city-wide event, sponsored by Discover Los Angeles, offers hunger Angeles a chance to try more than 300 restaurants’ prix-fixe menus.
Expect veteran participants, such as Border Grill, which has participated in dineL.A. from the very first season, Providence, a.o.c., and Kogi Taqueria. Newcomers to the dineL.A. scene include The Mighty, HiHo, Cheeseburger, Uovo, and Lunetta Dining Room and Bar.
“The focus of Winter dineL.A. aims to reflect upon the remarkable growth and accomplishments of Los Angeles’s dining scene over the past 10 years,” dineL.A Director, Stacey Sun, said in a press release. “We’re seeing locals and visitors embrace the city’s geography, year-round seasonal ingredients, and multiculturalism—all of which contribute to L.A. becoming the country’s most exciting food city in 2018.”
Lunch menus are priced at $15, $20, and $25 and dinner menus priced at $29, $39, $49, and $95. The $95 Exclusive Series offers a gourmet dinner experience at some of the city’s top-rated restaurants, including Providence, Spago Beverly Hills, The Royce and BOA Steakhouse.
In honor of dineL.A’s 10th anniversary, American Airlines will award one winner 100,000 American Airlines AAdvantage® miles. The winner of the Golden Dish Contest will receive an off-menu course served on a golden plate.
