Arcadia police continued their search for a man suspected of sexually assaulting a woman, and asked the public for help.
Police also released a composite drawing of the suspect on Wednesday. He was described as Hispanic, in his mid-20s, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 140-150 pounds. Police said at the time of the attack, he wore a light colored t-shirt and dark colored shorts.
According to police, the suspect had a shaved head, a long nose and a crossed left eye. Chief of Police Robert Gutherie also noted a tattoo on the left side of the suspect’s neck, which he said resembled “growing plant vines.”
The assault happened at about 8:40 p.m. Saturday in the 2300 block of South Santa Anita Avenue, police said. Police said he rode from the scene on a silver or metal-color BMX-style bicycle.
