The threat, which circulated on Twitter, came as an image of graffiti in a cafeteria restroom. The graffiti read “school shooting tmrw here at 9 AM 5/25,” and has since been taken down.
In a statement, the Pomona Unified School District said that extra police would be on hand to patrol the school and investigate the threat. District officials also took to Twitter to reassure parents.
