Consumers are wary of electric vehicles because they don’t understand how the car works or the technology behind the vehicles, according to a new survey by WhatCar?

The survey examined consumer attitudes to electric vehicles (EVs) and found that buyers showed substantial understanding – 3.8 out of five – of how a petrol or diesel car works but only 2.7 out of five for a high-tech, low-emission vehicle, according to an article on motor1.com by James Fossdyke.
